Skunk2 has an awesome header that they just released. It is suppose to make awesome power. The Dc is ok it is what they call the Budget swap header. Skunk2 also offers tuner series cams for it and there is a video on their site on how to to a 15 min K series cam swap. Plus the are offering a promotion right now with their new K series tensioners.

the s2 is what im puttin on my z3 and has been said to make decent power. go power makes a custom header that makes some nice power i say go with a cai and ditch the kpro for a flash pro. any 3in thats a tru 3in exhaust will yeld gains due to the z3 loving to breath. and for more power down the road get some higher compression pistons and do some head work and ull be set

RCrew is a good header for the price....its what im rocking!!!!!

with some better headers, a tune, and some cams, you'd be doing a good amount of power.
