i just did my friend ek rug, i was just wondering does it make a difference if you dont put in as much salt as it says? we didnt have enough and we couldnt get more. we put about one canister. lmk.

one canister should be fine thats all i used to do both black and red rug

for those of you who have used the dye, what is the texture of the finished product? it is still soft like oem, or does it harden up when it dries out?

yea its stays soft. the only thing i didnt like from it was the smell while it was being dyed.. i couldnt stand it. and im pretty sure its not good for you. lol but they came out perfect.

I HAVE EXTRA SALT LEFT OVER ;/ LOL I DID THIS N IT CAME OUT RAW IT MAKES A HUG DIFFERENT

ok so now i havent done it yet but do u mix the salt into the almost boiling water?
or dump it in after the water is in the trash can (all of the 2 bottles..?)
how have most of your done it? and just to make sure you pour the dye in once the trash can is filled with the water.
