Default need some input

hello everyone ,,im trying to do my build , and so far i have a JDM GSR tranny with LSD, and a stock '99 B16 Head which im tryin to get done now,,i just bought some "Supertech Springs and Retainers ( titanium)" i will do the 3 angle valve job etc but i dont know if i will need to buy valves or the stock ones ,will be good for the power i wanna make ( 450-500) ..
as for a Block im trying to get a Gsr block ,and get all its internals ( pistons, rods etc ) but its very hard to get a good one..
turbo kit will be parts by part ,,PFAB Log Manifold ,tial wastegate 38mm, tial BOV, 60-1 turbocharger( not sure yet ), 3" full exhaust system and downpipe,960cc injectors.

so again ,,are the stock valves good enough ???

any inputs or suggestions are welcome ,,thanks a lot

Note:
this car isnt my DD ,so i can have all the time and Patience to do this right ,

Jeff is correct.

That log manifold will kill your power.
