Last wednesday I was driving home from the Pines Meet, as I rolled up to a light say about two or three car lengths to the white line, i see two flashes from behind me. I see a car on my right lane a little behind me. I am not sure if it was a camera or if it was the car.

If it was the camera, can I fight this because I was at least one or two car lengths from the white line. Is there a way to verify if it was the camera by calling somewhere?

PS. if it was a somebody taking a picture of my license plate, good luck finding my car homie.



EDIT: It is a light or two east of I75 on pines.

EDIT: I stopped at before the white line. The light flashed before I even got to the line.

if it was on pines & 129th thers always a flashing light at that light. like a white one, which to me seems like flash from a cam. but im not too sure if thats really a cam lol

If that is the one just east of i75 then yeah thats the one. When I saw a flash and I was like three car lengths from the line, I was like WTF? Looked around and the car there was a car a little behind me. Drove home mad as Fu** for the rest of the way home.

1. Did you run the red light.

2. Or did you slow down and stop as the light was yellow and in the process of turning red?

you have to stop at the red light BEFORE the white line. If you did not and it has a red light camera, you got a ticket.

If you were before, it was not a ticket for you or they made a mistake.

They got me good on Miami Gardens Dr & 441 a while back.

According to them, making a right turn at a red light is considered running it.

I had to pay over $100 bucks.

Dont worry about that light lol the camera doesnt work, or atleast didnt get my tag? I ran it pretty decent and never got anything from it. They got into a whole lawsuit over it and saying they cant give tickets if no cops present to witness it or something like that. Good luck though.
