Nat'l Prelude Meet 2008

Each year since 2003, members of the Prelude community have volunteered their time to organize the NPM meet for that year. This year, OHPOC (Ohio Honda Prelude Owners Community) is organizing the National Prelude Meet. This years NPM will be much like last years with a Track Day at Nelson Ledges on Friday, a weekend event at Mid Ohio, and an optional Drag Night.

Track Day at Nelson Ledges will give participants the opportunity to take their car on the fast paced 2 mile track and test their driving abilities. At Mid Ohio on Saturday, participants can enter their car in the Mid Ohio show, and will be entered in the NPM show automatically. In the afternoon, participants who registered for the Triple Crown Tuner Challenge at Mid Ohio will be able to take their cars onto the Mid Ohio track. The competition includes time trials for a stop box and through turns 6, 7, and 8 of the track. On Saturday we will offer an optional trip to the drag strip near by Mid Ohio. On Sunday, there will be other races at Mid Ohio to watch, and we will have a closing for NPM 2008.

I go to this every year. Its not only preludes since most of original prelude owners own something different. There will be a mix of hondas and acuras, i'll be driving up there on tues. 6/17. Yeah i know its a long haul (18hrs) but if any of you all are as crazy as i am and wanna make the road trip HOLLA!!! :sifone::sifone::001_cool::001_cool:
